Black Magic Taro is a perfect accent plant for the edge of the pond. Dark plum heart shaped leaves that appear black are accented by burgundy stems. The leaves can grow up to 3 feet in length. This taro grows about 2' to 3' tall and performs best when planted in partial shade, although it will tolerate full sun. In cold regions, over winter as a houseplant or lift tubers and store in a frost free area.
