Lemon Bacopa | Bacopa caroliniana

$ 9.95

Lemon Bacopa is a beautiful, low-growing marginal pond plant that is well suited for trailing over edges or cascading down a waterfall. A great plant for bogs and will also grow submerged. Tiny five petal blue flowers bloom all summer long. The leaves smell of lemon when crushed and it is an edible herb used for seasoning. Plant in a medium container in moist soil or in water 1 inch over the crown. Easily cultivated by cuttings from the stems. Easy to winter over in colder climates. Take some cuttings before the first frost in your area, put in a vase of water, place in a bright sunny window indoors.
